Return Policy

In most cases, Baron Controls LLC will accept returns subject to the terms outlined herein and will exchange or replace the Product, or refund your money.  This is entirely your option.
To facilitate processing of returned Products, the following procedure must be followed:

  • Please contact Baron Controls LLC at proshiftracing@gmail.com to obtain a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning any Product(s).  The RMA will include the appropriate shipping address and other relevant shipping instructions and recommendations.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of date of invoice, be accompanied by the original invoice number, include a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • >Once your return is received, Baron Controls LLC will send you an email alerting you of the receipt.
  • All returned Products will undergo incoming inspection, utilizing Baron Controls LLC’s procedures for functionality and appearance.  Products that do not meet the requirement for resale will not be eligible for credit.
  • Return shipping/freight charge must be prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.
  • Products returned solely due to customer error may be subject to a restocking/handling charge.
  • To the extent that Baron Controls LLC creates a customized Product specifically for you, such Products may be subject to a restocking/handling charge.
  • By returning any Product to Baron Controls LLC, you represent and warrant that the returned Product was purchased from Baron Controls LLC, has not be tampered with or modified, is not counterfeit or otherwise non-conforming, and has not been subjected to design duplication or reverse engineering actions.
  • In the event Baron Controls determines, at its sole discretion, that any returned Product is counterfeit, non-conforming, or has been tampered with, it may (i) report such problem to any applicable governmental or regulatory agency or any other applicable third party; (ii) quarantine or reject further transactions with you, and/or (iii) take such other actions as may be required or permitted under applicable law.
  • Baron Controls LLC will send you an email of the refund, exchange/replacement, or other decision about your returned Product(s).
  • If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment.  The refund will be processed within five (5) business days.
